The rules that apply when you use Pubbverse.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Pubbverse you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Pubbverse Media.
2. Editorial standards
We strive for accuracy, fairness and timeliness. Articles produced with AI assistance are reviewed by a human editor before publishing. See our Editorial Standards page for the full policy.
3. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You may close your account at any time from Account → Security.
4. Acceptable use
When commenting or otherwise contributing, you agree NOT to: post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, infringing, deceptive or spam; impersonate any person; attempt to bypass security or access controls; scrape or systematically copy content other than as permitted by law; introduce malware. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. User-generated content
You retain ownership of comments you submit but grant Pubbverse a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content as part of the service. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to grant this licence.
6. Intellectual property
All editorial content is © Pubbverse Media or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial sharing with attribution and a link back to the original is welcome. Republishing without written permission is not.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Where paid plans are offered, billing, renewal and cancellation terms are presented before you subscribe. You may cancel renewal at any time; previously paid periods are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Limitation of liability

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales — unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
