We get things wrong sometimes. Here's how we fix them.
Our commitment
Pubbverse corrects material errors of fact promptly, transparently and visibly. We do not silently edit published stories.
How to report an error
Email support@pubbverse.com with the article URL, the specific passage you believe is incorrect, and any evidence supporting the correction. We aim to respond within two working days.
How corrections appear
Minor edits (typos, formatting) are made without notice. Material factual corrections are noted at the foot of the article with the date, what was changed and why. If a headline or photo is materially changed, we note that too.
Significant errors
If a story turns out to be substantially wrong, we publish a clear, prominent correction and, where appropriate, retract the original article and explain what happened.

If you believe we have not handled a correction fairly, email support@pubbverse.com for an editorial review.
